Reserve Police Officer

The Reserve Police Officer program is to assist in evaluating and identifying future full time police officer candidates with the Hialeah Gardens Police Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old
United States Citizen
High School Diploma, GED or higher degree from accredited school
Be a certified State of Florida Police Officer
Possess a valid Driver's License
No Felony Convictions or Misdemeanor Involving Perjury or False Statement (Per Florida Statute 943.13)
Proof of passing score on the F-BAT test
Pass a full Physical Agility Test (within last 6 months)
Pass Polygraph and Psychological Examination
Pass Medical and Drug Screening
