Section 50.0311, Florida Statute authorizes the City to use a publicly accessible website hosted by Miami-Dade County as an means of publishing notices and advertisements otherwise required to be published in newspapers of general circulation.

On December 19, 2023, the City Council adopted Resolution 2885 authorizing the use of a county website for public notices. As such the City intends to post legally required advertisement and public notices on   https://hialeahgardens.realpublicnotices.com  in lieu of and as an alternative to publication in a newspaper.

Residents and interested parties may receive legally required advertisements and public notices from the City via first-class mail of email by contacting the City Clerk's Office at 305-558-4114 or www.mjoffee@cityofhialeahgardens.com or eayala@cityofhialeahgardens.com
