The Office of Management and Budget under the Finance Department is responsible for securing the City’s fiscal integrity.

It is the duty of the O.M.B. to oversee all purchasing and provide for cost effective practices in the procurement of goods and services used by City departments.

Registered vendors are encouraged to participate in the City’s formal and informal bidding process which adheres to City, State and Federal guidelines.

The O.M.B. is also responsible for the record keeping and management of all financial records.

The office assists with the process and preparation of the City’s annual audits and provides accurate and timely financial information in the forecasting of City revenues, future expenditure estimates, and preparation of the annual operating budget.
