The City of Hialeah Gardens is proud to sponsor a baseball league of excellent quality in which children can develop their skills and passion for the sport.
An enrollment fee of $40.00 for residents of Hialeah Gardens and $50.00 for non-residents, includes participation in the league, uniforms, trophies and a closing ceremony celebration. In addition, professional scorekeepers are used to maintain statistics on individual players as well as teams in general. These statistics assist the Baseball Commission for the City of Hialeah Gardens to select the league’s M.V.P.s and traveling teams. An array of sports contests are also held during the season, whereby all participants and individual winners receive prizes.
The success of the City’s baseball league has been made possible by the teamwork of City staff who demonstrate a winning spirit and a deep commitment to the youth of our community.
The administration of the Parks and Recreation Department has counted on the continued involvement and enthusiasm of the City Mayor, Yioset De La Cruz, who has supported all of the innovative ideas of the baseball program and has contributed valuable resources that have made it possible for this League to become one of the most important in the State of Florida.
